This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Immediately engage by designing and implementing a strategic sales plan, exploring a diverse pool of prospects, and building robust relationships that pave the way for lucrative business opportunities.
• Proactively oversee the entire sales cycle—identifying leads, nurturing prospects, and finalizing deals—while collaborating closely with our exceptional presales team.
• Connect thoroughly with key decision-makers, ensuring they grasp the transformative potential of our solutions and how Verint can enhance their customer experience.
• Utilize your creativity and insights to craft strategies that resonate effectively in the market, stimulating demand and interest in our offerings.
• Work in tandem with marketing to leverage campaigns, product launches, and promotions that align with your target audience.
• Develop and implement a regional sales strategy that encompasses prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity closure.
• Qualify and guide leads throughout the complete sales cycle.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Support and utilize field marketing, product launches, promotions, and other initiatives aimed at generating leads or sales.
• Efficiently gather intelligence regarding markets, prospects, and competition using various resources.
• Meet or surpass quota expectations.
• Over 7 years of experience selling complex B2B software products.
• Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in prospecting, with experience using tools such as Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Proven success in employing a consultative approach with key business and technical executives, particularly technical CXOs and VPs.
• A consistent track record of exceeding expectations, with verified success in achieving multi-year quotas.
• A responsible team player with a relentless drive to succeed.
• A college or university degree; degrees in technical fields are preferred.
• Familiarity with MEDDDPIC to drive business outcomes with customers and prospects.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
