This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead the complete sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and finalizing deals within the mid-market sector across EMEA.
• Foster and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the cybersecurity environment, competitive offerings, and Bugcrowd's distinctive value proposition.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as CISOs, IT Directors, Security Managers, and technical teams.
• Establish and sustain robust relationships within our network of Resellers and Distributors to drive new business through a Channel-First sales approach.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain a solid pipeline utilizing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Create and present compelling, tailored sales presentations and demonstrations that effectively communicate the ROI of Bugcrowd's solutions.
• Represent Bugcrowd at EMEA industry conferences, trade shows, and regional networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
• Negotiate contracts and commercial terms effectively, ensuring advantageous outcomes for both the customer and Bugcrowd.
• 3+ years of proven quota-carrying sales experience in selling B2B SaaS solutions, ideally within the cybersecurity, DevOps, or risk management sectors.
• A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or surpassing annual sales targets in a Mid-Market or Commercial segment.
• Experience managing fast to medium-paced sales cycles (3–6 months) and working with multiple stakeholders in expanding businesses.
• Proven capability to prospect, develop an active pipeline, and close new business independently.
• Strong comprehension of contemporary security testing methodologies (e.g., penetration testing, bug bounty, vulnerability disclosure).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a thorough understanding of the UK business culture and corporate landscape.
