β€’ Utilize Insight-Driven Sales Techniques: Perform in-depth research to comprehend organizational priorities, funding mechanisms, and decision-making structures.

β€’ Maintain Pipeline Integrity: Effectively manage opportunities and forecasting within Salesforce.

β€’ Engage Through Multiple Channels: Employ a multi-faceted approach (email, phone, video, social media) to foster engagement and advancement.

β€’ Represent BS&A in the Marketplace: Attend industry events, trade shows, and deliver presentations.

β€’ Achieve Results: Consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals.

β€’ Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and industry events.

β€’ Over 10 years of sales experience, ideally in governmental or related software sectors.

β€’ Strong background in prospecting, territory management, and cold calling.

β€’ Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

β€’ Ability to excel in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

β€’ Skill in building and nurturing relationships with potential clients.

β€’ Positive and proactive demeanor, with the capability to navigate uncertainty and work collaboratively within a growing team.
