This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and engagement with inbound leads.

• Conduct exploratory discussions to gain insights into customer objectives, challenges, and priorities.

• Present engaging sales pitches and product demonstrations effectively.

• Oversee opportunities throughout the entire sales process, from the initial contact to closing the deal.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline to meet revenue targets.

• Keep precise records, activities, and forecasts updated in HubSpot.

• Work collaboratively with Customer Success and other internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.

• Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a solid track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.

• Proven experience managing sales opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle in a B2B setting.

• Ability to sell effectively to various stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Proficient in using CRM systems.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently in a remote setting.

• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).

• Experience in SaaS sales is preferred.

• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is preferred.

• Knowledge of growth operating systems such as Bloom, EOS, Pinnacle, or Scaling Up is preferred.

• Formal sales training or certifications are preferred.

• Multilingual skills are preferred.
