This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process: from prospecting and initial conversations to discovery, peer-benchmarked diagnostics, strategy presentations, proposals, and closing deals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of premium consumer brands across direct-to-consumer (DTC), omnichannel, wholesale, and emerging market segments.
• Conduct calls with assurance, focusing on business models, products, customers, and marketing strategies.
• Bring a well-informed perspective to every initial meeting.
• Work in partnership with marketing and leadership teams to enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Assist in creating the tools, processes, and systems necessary to scale business development initiatives.
• 2-5 years of proven success in full-cycle business development within a digital agency, consultancy, or martech firm that serves consumer brands.
• A consistent history of securing over $1M in new business on an annual basis.
• Proficient in paid search and social media, programmatic advertising, CRM, attribution, and measurement techniques.
• A self-motivated individual with a genuine "hunter" mentality—driven, strategic, and focused on results.
• Excellent presentation, writing, and listening skills.
