This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee and enhance revenue and market presence at assigned agencies to optimize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic goals.
• Build and sustain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth.
• Create and implement account strategies by collaborating with the account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions.
• Nurture customer relationships and ensure efficient service delivery to accounts.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, understand the customer's business and workflows, and develop an effective contact network within accounts.
• Assist in executing strategies at the account level.
• Engage with and integrate experts/specialists as necessary.
• Monitor and be knowledgeable about all account activities for your major City/County/State accounts.
• Record customer activity in internal systems to implement account strategies and identify additional opportunities.
• May conduct product training for customers as needed.
• Responsible for managing individual expense budgets.
• Own the account relationship and enhance overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
• Accountable for forecasting, keeping management informed about accounts in a timely manner, gathering insights on competitor activities, and providing feedback to marketing.
• A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in customer-facing Software (SaaS / Cloud) Sales.
• At least 3+ years managing a book of business.
• Experience in solution or consultative sales within complex sales processes.
• Data management experience using Salesforce (preferred) or a similar CRM.
• Strong comprehension of Virtualization and Cloud technologies.
• Willingness to travel 70%+ (3-4 days a week on the road), including overnight travel.
• Ability to clearly and directly communicate complex solution offerings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in startups and some industry-specific experience.
• Background in Law Enforcement / Public Safety is preferred.
