📋 Description

• As an Account Executive (m/f/d) at Aufinity, you embody the essence of a closer. You excel at opening doors that others may find locked, demonstrate persistence when faced with challenges, and view cold calling as an opportunity rather than a chore. At Aufinity, you introduce a digital solution to car dealerships that creates significant impact — playing a key role in shaping our growth.

• Own your pipeline: You take the initiative to identify, qualify, and nurture leads within the automotive sector from initial contact through to a successful closure.

• Outbound with substance: Whether connecting via phone, email, or LinkedIn, you effectively reach customers and persuade them with your personality, speed, and consistency.

• Consultative approach over standard pitching: You swiftly grasp your customers' challenges and clearly communicate how our solution provides genuine value.

• Team player with influence: You collaborate closely with Product and Marketing teams to leverage opportunities and successfully close deals as a united front.

• Clear objectives: You work in a data-driven manner, utilize our CRM professionally, and celebrate achievements with an ambitious team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience: You are self-assured in B2B sales, preferably within a SaaS environment or with technically intricate/consultative products.

• Demonstrated outbound success: You have established your own pipeline and know how to proactively cultivate opportunities.

• Technical acumen: You are capable of presenting our solution with confidence and addressing objections professionally and on equal footing.

• Organized sales methodology: You operate in a structured manner, follow up consistently, and maintain a comprehensive overview of your deals.

• Hunter mentality: You seek solutions rather than excuses, exhibit persistence, and drive deals to closure.

• Authentic customer focus: You listen attentively, quickly identify needs, and build trust through relevant advice rather than generic sales pitches.

• Proficiency in German and English: You communicate effectively in both languages, striking the right tone in every interaction.
