This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the entire SMB sales process (prospecting, demonstrations, follow-ups, closing) against a monthly target.
• Conduct demonstrations that illustrate how bookings, point of sale, payments, waivers, memberships, events, and reporting are integrated into a single system.
• Promote integrated payments as a fundamental component of every deal, highlighting its role in enhancing the operator’s revenue and overall experience.
• Represent the Clubspeed and Resova brands, fostering relationships with owners, operators, and the wider entertainment venue community to generate referrals.
• Enhance Clubspeed’s go-to-market playbook by identifying effective messaging, managing objections, and defining the characteristics of an ideal venue.
• Provide market insights to product and leadership teams to continually refine our pitch and offerings.
• You possess 1–5 years of experience in sales to small businesses.
• You have successfully built your own sales pipeline in the past.
• You operate with a sense of urgency, outpacing your peers without compromising quality.
• You have the ability to assess situations accurately, confidently ask for the sale, and close deals effectively.
• You establish genuine connections with buyers, focusing on real relationships rather than transactional interactions.
• You candidly address challenges (such as a weak pipeline or objections) and actively work towards solutions.
