Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of dispensing locations within the Dispensary of Hope network.

• Cultivate professional relationships with each dispensing site to optimize subscription return on investment, achieve programmatic objectives, and deliver exceptional customer service through ongoing communication.

• Attract new dispensing sites by generating referrals from existing locations for the Network Expansion team.

• Engage in sales-driven orientation calls for prospective sites.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new dispensing sites by providing education about Dispensary of Hope.

• Train new sites in the utilization of the online ordering platform.

• Guide sites on best practices and compliance with agreement obligations.

• Anticipate potential challenges and manage them proactively.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience, OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience required.

• Experience in Internal and External Customer Service for sales and marketing.

• Skills in developing and delivering presentations on network-related topics.

• Competence in project planning and management.
