This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Accountable for business development and client retention efforts.
• Creates and expands new contracts with skilled nursing facilities to achieve designated production targets.
• Cultivates and maintains relationships with current clients.
• Engages in contract negotiations and work agreements.
• Compiles weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track progress as directed by the manager.
• Attends key business and trade events that influence the business unit.
• Advocates for company-sponsored programs and services within the assigned region.
• Executes additional duties as assigned by management.
• Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Preferred skills include experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving skills - adept at analytical and critical thinking to identify issues and create innovative solutions.
• Excellent customer service - prompt in responding to assistance requests and committed to continuous service improvement.
• Planning and organizing - ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure timely and effective completion of assignments.
• Quality control and attention to detail - demonstrates precision and thoroughness; monitors personal work for quality and applies feedback for performance enhancement.
• Adaptability - adjusts to changes in the work environment and effectively manages frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Dependability - consistently present at work and punctual; follows instructions, takes responsibility for actions, and responds to management direction.
• Team-oriented - capable of collaborating in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills - proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of Aria Care Partners’ mission and services to educate potential facilities.
• Territory management skills - ability to plan weekly travel across the state for visits with nursing home staff and residents.
• Willingness to travel daily, with the potential for 70% of overnight stays.
