This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Accountable for business development and maintaining client loyalty.
• Creates and cultivates new contracts with skilled nursing facilities to achieve designated production targets.
• Sustains and fosters relationships with current clients.
• Engages in contract negotiations and work agreements.
• Produces weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, monitoring progress as outlined by management.
• Takes part in significant business and trade events that influence the business unit.
• Advocates for company-sponsored programs and services within the designated territory.
• Executes other related tasks as directed by management.
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must hold a valid driver's license and sustain a clean driving record.
• Preferred qualifications include experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving abilities—analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and devise innovative solutions.
• Excellent customer service—responds promptly to assistance requests and consistently seeks to enhance service quality.
• Effective planning and organizing—capable of managing multiple tasks to ensure timely and productive completion of assignments.
• Quality control and attention to detail—demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; monitors personal work to ensure quality and applies feedback for performance improvement.
• Adaptability—able to adjust to changes in the work environment and manage frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events.
• Dependability—regularly punctual and present at work, follows directions, takes responsibility for actions, and responds to management guidance.
• Team-oriented—capable of working collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills—proficient in both written and verbal communication.
• Educates potential facilities about Aria Care Partners’ mission and services.
• Territory management—skillful in planning weekly travel across the state to engage with nursing home staff and residents.
