This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You cultivate relationships with potential clients and autonomously oversee the entire sales process.
• You consistently meet your quarterly and annual targets through organized sales techniques and focused campaigns.
• You uncover new opportunities in your designated territory via partner meetings, events, discovery calls, and your own prospecting efforts.
• You handle multiple deals, sales cycles, and priorities concurrently (10–20 opportunities per quarter).
• You collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Channel, Marketing, Customer Success, and SDRs while leading weekly territory review sessions.
• You forge new reseller partnerships, maintain your personal network, and engage in industry events to generate fresh leads.
• 2–5+ years of experience in direct sales on the vendor side (tech), ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or infrastructure — with a proven emphasis on new business development.
• A strong focus on acquiring new customers and a track record of successfully building and closing a sales pipeline.
• Experience managing intricate sales cycles in a mid-market setting.
• A confident demeanor when interacting with decision-makers and excellent communication abilities.
• Proficient in CRM systems and contemporary sales tools.
• A technical grasp to effectively position cybersecurity solutions with clarity.
• High levels of self-motivation, accountability, and the capability to operate systematically in a fast-paced environment.
