This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.
• Take charge of the complete sales cycle, encompassing prospecting and outreach, discovery, presentations, proposals, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
• Create and oversee a pipeline of nursing schools, university and college systems, and nursing staffing agencies within your designated domestic and international territory.
• Design and implement a territory strategy aligned with Archer Nursing's new business objectives.
• Engage with institutional buyers through consultative discussions that link their workforce pipeline and student outcomes challenges to Archer Review's solutions.
• Negotiate contracts with program directors, department heads, procurement teams, and university system administrators.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations, gaining insight into decision-making processes and influencers.
• Keep precise records of pipeline activities, account engagement, and forecasting in HubSpot.
• Work collaboratively across functions with customer success, marketing, product, and clinician teams to bolster overall growth initiatives.
• Represent Archer Review at nursing education conferences, trade events, and customer meetings throughout the region.
• Provide timely updates on pipeline status and sales forecasts to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a consultative or solution-oriented selling environment.
• Strongly preferred experience in selling SaaS solutions within nursing education, higher education, or healthcare staffing sectors.
• Proven history of meeting or surpassing quotas and new business objectives.
• Established ability to sell to and foster relationships with deans, directors, faculty, and other academic decision-makers.
• Exceptional discovery skills—capable of identifying institutional challenges, mapping stakeholders, and crafting a compelling case for change.
• Knowledge of how academic institutions assess, budget for, and acquire workforce education solutions.
• Outstanding presentation skills with the capability to customize demos and proposals for diverse audiences.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, proficient in creating clear and persuasive proposals and correspondence.
• Proficient in HubSpot or a similar CRM for managing pipelines, tracking activities, and forecasting.
• Highly organized and self-motivated; able to independently manage a full pipeline across a multi-state territory.
