This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Collaborate with Anthropic's key enterprise accounts in the ASEAN region, delivering senior-level coverage, deep executive relationships, and driving commercial progress through regular in-market engagement that the current team is unable to achieve from outside the area.
• Take ownership of and surpass revenue goals by acquiring new enterprise accounts and enhancing existing relationships throughout ASEAN.
• Develop and implement territory strategies, pinpointing high-value opportunities in essential ASEAN sectors such as financial services, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing.
• Lead consultative sales initiatives with C-suite executives and senior technical stakeholders, presenting AI as a catalyst for business transformation.
• Coordinate internal teams (Product, Engineering, Applied AI, Partnerships) to create tailored solutions for intricate enterprise needs.
• Discover new use cases and contribute to the ASEAN go-to-market strategy, offering vital insights to influence the product roadmap and regional strategy.
• Convert technical AI capabilities into persuasive business value propositions customized for the ASEAN market.
• Represent Anthropic throughout Southeast Asia: cultivate executive relationships with enterprise and partner stakeholders while enhancing Anthropic's visibility within the Southeast Asian technology sector.
• 8-12+ years of experience in enterprise go-to-market strategies, business development, or account management, specifically with hands-on Southeast Asia operational experience — directly in-market, not in an advisory capacity.
• Proven history of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic agreements in the ASEAN market by comprehending multifaceted technical requirements and developing tailored solutions.
• Established commercial network within enterprise and partner communities in Singapore and at least one or two other ASEAN markets.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Sydney, Australia, with eligibility to work in Australia and the capability to travel frequently throughout Southeast Asia.
• Strong commercial acumen: adept at identifying, prioritizing, and progressing high-value opportunities with minimal supervision.
• Proficient as a generalist regional presence — equally effective in enterprise sales discussions, partnership negotiations, or introductions to government stakeholders.
