This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline to guarantee exceeding targets within the assigned account.
• Oversee the complete sales process by engaging appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Analyze market research initiatives to collect insights on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
• Facilitate solution discovery sessions with enterprise clients to identify their challenges and objectives, positioning our SaaS solutions as offerings that deliver measurable value.
• Enhance client relationships through consistent engagement.
• Plan and execute in-market events and account-specific initiatives to create new opportunities and generate interest within the account.
• Maintain a long-term vision to optimize overall revenue generation while also achieving short-term results.
• Handle contract negotiations and renewal processes with enterprise clients, collaborating closely with legal and finance teams while adhering to company policies and objectives.
• Keep abreast of various industry trends, understand our competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, utilizing this knowledge to anticipate client needs and distinguish our offerings in the market.
• 5-7 years of experience in quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management.
• Proven experience and success in selling technology that enables market research and/or UX research is essential for consideration in this role.
• A successful track record in net new business sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of revenue targets in the SaaS/technology sector.
• Experience managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Proven capability in managing and closing complex sales cycles and demonstrated ownership of all facets of account management.
• Previous training in Sales Methodology (MEDDICC) along with experience in Sales Navigator & CRM.
• Direct experience in selling community, social, CRM, or customer feedback platforms is preferred.
• University Degree.
