Account Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of clients' brands, business models, and objectives.

• Serve as sales support for client initiatives, sales opportunities, prospecting, and lead generation.

• Assist the account management team by identifying and proactively presenting retail and consumer trends relevant to account goals.

• Maintain daily communication with internal teams and external creative agencies, as well as domestic and international suppliers.

• Recognize potential improvements and efficiencies for clients regarding procurement, product categories, and alternative point of sale development.

• Provide operational support to the account management team, including cost calculations, customer quotes and estimates, shipment tracking updates, and product sourcing for specified accounts.

• Prepare status reports for each account/program and review them weekly with the internal account management team.

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve logistics, operational, and financial objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with over 3 years of full-time work experience.

• Experience in procurement outsourcing, branding, or promotions is a plus.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and ensure follow-through.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly detail-oriented; proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.

• Well-organized, with the ability to exercise independent judgment, solve problems, and prioritize tasks.
