This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing and closing deals within Acquia’s existing account and prospect base.

• Engage and build relationships with senior-level executives across these organizations.

• Foster positive relationships and recognize the needs of prospects at all decision-making levels.

• Stay informed about competitor offerings to assess their strengths and weaknesses.

• Transform client feedback into actionable strategies to generate new business and mitigate competitive risks.

• Influence client decisions and advocate for their needs to create mutually beneficial solutions.

• Collaborate closely with various functional teams, including Product Development, Account Management, and Project Management, to ensure smooth implementation and effective ongoing account growth.

• Manage the complete sales cycle in an individual contributor capacity.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.

• Engage with our channel partners and various subject matter experts to generate sales opportunities.

• Travel to client meetings as necessary.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation and marketing teams to build a robust sales pipeline.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Proven experience in sales/client origination, ideally with a background in CMS.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate large strategic deals, encompassing all phases of client development: prospecting, proposal formulation, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.

• Experience and capability to thrive in a startup, fast-paced technology environment.

• Strong understanding of the SaaS business model regarding solutions delivery.

• Confident presentation abilities, with a strong presence when engaging C-suite customers and the communication skills needed to articulate a compelling value proposition across various organizational and functional levels.
