This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee the management, coordination, and execution of various account-based sales strategies within designated accounts.
β’ Implement and enhance all initiatives at the account level and pull-through strategies as necessary.
β’ Execute all aspects of comprehensive account management, including the establishment and maintenance of strategic business relationships with key decision-makers.
β’ Develop, implement, and communicate strategic and tactical plans for targeted accounts.
β’ Track progress and provide both written and verbal updates to all parties involved.
β’ Cultivate contacts and relationships with key stakeholders across a wide array of functions and management levels.
β’ Proven sales experience (at least 5 years) is required, with a minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales.
β’ Familiarity with the pharmaceutical market, including current trends and issues; experience in gastrointestinal (GI) preferred.
β’ In-depth understanding of account management and the responsibilities of an account executive, as well as strong sales and customer partnership skills.
β’ A high level of strategic, analytical, and technical expertise is also essential.
β’ Capability to function within a matrix organization and effectively communicate/coordinate with all members of the AbbVie sales team.
β’ Valid driver's license is required.
β’ Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and adhere to safe driving requirements.
β’ Compliance with HCIR credentialing requirements is mandatory.
