This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with Career Services administrators and other essential stakeholders at campuses, showcasing how 12twenty can serve as a valuable asset for their campus community, including staff, employers, and students/alumni.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person demonstrations of the platform customized to the needs of Career Services administrators.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales goals by driving scalable revenue.
• Develop and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring alignment with the distinct requirements of Career Services departments and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to collect feedback and shape product features that cater to the needs of these institutions.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in higher education, preferably in Career Services, Employer Relations, or University Recruiting roles.
• At least 2 years of demonstrated sales experience is preferred.
• A BA/BS degree is required.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation abilities.
• A proactive sales mindset with outstanding prospecting capabilities.
• A self-motivated individual who can manage their own pipeline while also being an effective team collaborator.
