This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Create and implement a sales strategy for the territory to enhance Vasion's visibility among SMB and Commercial accounts in ANZ and the wider APAC region.
β’ Discover and target new business prospects through outbound outreach, partner-generated leads, and incoming demand.
β’ Establish and nurture robust relationships with decision-makers and influencers in IT, operations, and finance, particularly focusing on Public Sector areas such as Education, Healthcare, and Government.
β’ Gain an in-depth understanding of each prospect's objectives, challenges, and purchasing criteria to effectively position Vasion's platform in alignment with their needs.
β’ Meet and surpass quarterly and yearly sales targets.
β’ Conduct product presentations and value-driven discussions that facilitate movement through the sales cycle.
β’ Collaborate with our APAC channel network (Resellers, MSPs, and Distributors) to identify, advance, and finalize partner-influenced sales opportunities.
β’ Work in tandem with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to offer an exceptional purchasing experience tailored to regional business practices.
β’ Maintain precise and current forecasts and pipeline reports in Salesforce; utilize Outreach, Gong, and the wider technology stack to enhance productivity.
β’ Oversee the procurement process from quotation to closing, ensuring a seamless transition into onboarding and delivery.
β’ Continuously enhance your knowledge of Vasion's platform, the competitive environment, and your target APAC markets to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
β’ Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, technology, or a similar industry.
β’ Proficient in complete sales processes: prospecting, discovery, demo coordination, negotiation, and closing.
β’ Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships, confidently engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
β’ Experience operating across varied, multi-country APAC markets, with an understanding of regional business cultures and purchasing behaviors.
β’ Channel-oriented β adept at co-selling with partners and advancing channel-influenced sales pipelines.
β’ Commercially savvy with a desire to understand complex sales processes and the perseverance to persist through challenging deals.
β’ Proactive, self-motivated attitude with a strong sense of ownership over your territory.
β’ Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
β’ Openness to travel throughout APAC to meet clients, partners, and participate in industry events (up to 25%).
β’ Degree qualified (Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred but not mandatory).
β’ Experience selling to Public Sector clients (Education, Healthcare, Police/Government), or knowledge of print, document management, or workflow automation is a plus but not required.
