This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Exhibit a thorough understanding of Nebius and the benefits it offers to our clients.

• Take ownership of and expand your territory by developing and executing a strategic plan for the region.

• Client Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization, positioning our AI and cloud solutions to resolve client-specific issues.

• Solution Selling: Illustrate the advantages of AI and cloud offerings through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and presentations.

• Negotiation & Closing: Steer contract discussions with C-suite executives, securing agreements that achieve revenue objectives while fostering long-term partnerships.

• Regional Representation: Represent Nebius AI at regional and industry events, webinars, and client meetings.

• Market Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.

• Coordinate the deal team (SEs, Industry, Partners, CS) to provide unique value propositions and business cases.

• Accurately forecast; advance deals through the Salesforce sales process and meet ACV/activity targets.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven Experience: Over 8 years in B2B sales, especially in AI, cloud, or data infrastructure, with a strong hunter profile.

• A passion for and commitment to working in a startup environment, influencing the company’s growth directly.

• Proficient in selling cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), AI solutions, and related technologies.

• Strong commercial insight: expertise in value mapping, negotiation, multiyear contracts, and executive-level storytelling.

• High energy levels, enthusiasm, and a track record of consistent growth against sales quotas.

• CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Willingness to travel as required.
