This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in account delivery utilizing AI tools and agentic workflows as the standard practice.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, prioritize effectively, and coordinate needs to ensure smooth progress without needing constant reminders.
• Transform client requests, guidance from Account Managers, and service priorities into well-defined tasks, responsible parties, handovers, open questions, and subsequent actions.
• Keep account context updated, including stakeholders, priorities, history, decisions, approvals, obstacles, deadlines, and follow-ups in shared systems.
• Oversee meeting preparations, documentation, action tracking, reporting, calendar planning, and handovers.
• Compose clear, client-ready summaries and updates.
• Engage with Account Managers, service leaders, collaborators, and clients regarding status updates, risks, decisions, changes, and next steps.
• Develop a thorough understanding of account objectives, stakeholders, services, contract context, strategies, creative goals, preferences, and quality standards.
• Make informed decisions, prioritize diverse tasks, and diagnose issues before escalating them with relevant context, evidence, alternatives, and assistance requests.
• Safeguard the client experience by identifying and resolving issues related to timing, communication, information, and follow-through.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and follow up on decisions, feedback, assets, approvals, and commitments.
• Maintain and enhance Airtable and associated work systems, including data, statuses, views, interfaces, and workflows.
• Utilize approved AI tools and agents for research, meeting preparation, briefs, updates, summaries, quality assurance checks, dependency coordination, and reusable account memory.
• Critically evaluate AI outputs and take responsibility for final deliverables.
• Convert effective methodologies into reusable skills and workflows, and impart this knowledge to teammates.
• Proven track record of managing client, stakeholder, or operational delivery and translating direction into dependable follow-through; this could be demonstrated through work experience, education, or self-initiated projects.
• Friendly and confident in both spoken and written English.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools and AI agents in professional, academic, or personal projects.
• Capability to delegate, brief, review, and enhance entire pieces of work using AI.
• Practical familiarity with Airtable or similar structured work systems such as Monday.com, Notion, Asana, or spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in maintaining clean data and useful views, comprehending workflows, and enhancing them.
• Ability to assess AI outputs in relation to client context, brand standards, factual information, and instructions.
• A systems-oriented mindset.
• High level of agency and ownership.
• Structured thinking, translating ambiguity into clear inputs, outputs, responsible parties, statuses, decisions, and next steps.
• Keen attention to detail, organized records, and reliable self-proofing.
• Strong remote working habits and prompt communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for AI and operational tools.
• Availability to work from 9am–5:30pm US Eastern Time Zone.
• Must be able to operate as an individual contractor in their country of residence.
