This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, including both outbound and inbound strategies.
• Identify, engage, and qualify potential customers effectively.
• Conduct discovery calls, provide product demonstrations, and negotiate until closing the deal.
• Actively create new opportunities through networking, outbound efforts, and innovative approaches.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline systematically within the CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance campaigns, advertisements, and lead generation flows.
• Utilize and further cultivate existing inbound leads generated from marketing initiatives.
• Responsible for forecasting, reporting, and meeting sales targets.
• Continuously refine your sales process and improve conversion rates.
• Establish long-term customer relationships while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Actively participate in developing sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices.
• Keep an eye on the market and competitors to discover new opportunities.
• 2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales or similar B2B software solutions.
• Demonstrated success in securing new customers within mid-market or enterprise settings.
• Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
• Ability to simplify complex subjects while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
• Proactive, organized working style with strong self-motivation.
• Eagerness to grow alongside an international startup.
