This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Hightouch is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to become a part of the pioneering Ad Studio sales team.
β’ As one of the initial AEs focused on Ad Studio, you will have a significant impact on the sales strategy, ideal customer profile (ICP), and the way we present the product to clients.
β’ The clients you will engage with include performance marketers, leads in paid social and paid search, creative strategists, and growth teams within mid-market firms who are frequently facing challenges such as creative fatigue, prolonged production cycles, and increasing CPMs.
β’ These opportunities involve consultative, strategic engagements where you are not merely demonstrating a tool; you are assisting teams in reimagining their approach to producing and launching creative content.
β’ A minimum of 2 years in a full-cycle sales position. We prioritize the impact and outcomes of your work over the number of years of experience.
β’ Enthusiasm for being part of a foundational team and comfort with the uncertainties that accompany it.
β’ A background in adtech, martech, creative tools, or sales experience with performance marketing buyers is highly advantageous.
β’ Strong skills in discovery and interpersonal communication.
β’ A mindset characterized by intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
β’ Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ A genuine interest in AI and its impact on the collaboration between creative and performance teams.
