This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Implement the North American channel sales strategy in line with regional sales goals.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with national and regional channel partners, including security integrators, VARs, distributors, and service-oriented partners.
• Facilitate partner-led sales initiatives by identifying opportunities, qualifying the sales pipeline, and advancing deals to closure.
• Collaborate with RSA field sales teams to ensure effective coverage and execution across designated accounts and partner territories.
• Contribute to joint partner account planning and go-to-market strategies.
• Assist with partner enablement efforts, including onboarding, training, and positioning of solutions.
• Track partner performance, pipeline health, and deal progress, providing regular updates to regional sales leadership.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for partner-related sales activities, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Stay informed about market trends, partner requirements, and competitive activities within the North American landscape.
• Over 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity market.
• More than 5 years of experience in channel-led or indirect sales models.
• Proven track record of collaborating with security integrators, resellers, or strategic partners within an enterprise technology setting.
• Specific partner experience with CDW, Optiv, Cadre, Paragon Micro, and others.
• Demonstrated ability to generate and cultivate pipeline and close opportunities via partners.
• Experience in selling cybersecurity and cloud-based solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
