This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• The Account Director is accountable for a designated account (or multiple accounts), focusing on increasing order volume, maximizing customer spending, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• This role involves leading an account team that includes direct reports.
• The individual will represent and enhance the Hitachi Energy relationship with their account from a US perspective.
• Engage with various business units to deliver the strategic value propositions for the account.
• Utilize Hitachi Energy’s advanced technology to address and resolve the customer's business challenges.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical (engineering) or business field is mandatory.
• An MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• A diverse background is required, including exposure to various products, customers, countries, and market segments.
• Demonstrated capability to operate effectively within a matrixed team environment.
• Ability to inspire and influence others is essential.
• Experience in customer relations, including sales, problem-solving, and relationship management.
