This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Lead a team of account managers tasked with the daily oversight of regional grocery licensees, offering coaching, guidance, and performance management to achieve consistent results.
• Take ownership of the health and performance of the regional grocery portfolio, pinpointing opportunities to boost growth, enhance operational execution, and elevate partner and customer experiences.
• Establish and maintain robust partnerships with licensees, serving as a trusted advisor and primary escalation point while aligning on shared goals, expectations, and long-term success.
• Facilitate business reviews and performance routines with licensees, leveraging data and insights to uncover trends, address challenges, and execute action plans.
• Ensure operational excellence and adherence to brand standards by collaborating with cross-functional teams and enablement resources to support compliance, readiness, and ongoing improvement.
• Convert enterprise strategies into actionable plans for licensees, guaranteeing the successful implementation of programs, promotions, and key initiatives.
• Collaborate across licensed coffeehouse functions (strategy, enablement, operations, and product) to present field insights and ensure that solutions are practical and scalable.
• Advocate for consistency within the Target/Regional Grocery archetype, assisting in the definition and scaling of best practices across similar licensee models.
• Navigate complexities across US and Canadian markets, ensuring alignment with regional nuances while upholding enterprise standards.
• Demonstrated experience in account management, relationship management, or business development, preferably within retail, grocery, or licensed/franchise settings.
• Strong capability to lead and develop high-performing teams, including coaching and managing performance.
• Proven success in overseeing complex, multi-unit or partner-operated businesses.
• Executive-level communication and influencing abilities, capable of building trust and driving alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing data and insights to enhance business performance and inform decision-making.
• Ability to balance relationship management with operational rigor and accountability.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization.
• Experience working across North American markets (US and Canada) is advantageous.
• Over 8 years of experience managing accounts, partnerships, or large-scale business segments.
