This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Overall management of account profitability.
• Coordinating client relationships across regions through alignment with Regional Account Directors.
• Responsible for headquarters contracting.
• Onboarding new Regional Account Directors.
• Develop the account strategy for both mid- and long-term perspectives; adjust up-sale tactics in accordance with Viseven's marketing strategy.
• Ensure annual and quarterly account budget planning and execution.
• Maintain existing opportunities and explore new ones within accounts, including expansion into new divisions and clusters to boost Viseven's revenue.
• Conduct meetings with clients to present Viseven solutions, gather and analyze high-level requirements.
• Create a scalable onboarding process for strategic accounts while engaging with decision-makers and stakeholders on the client side.
• Develop and implement workflow and process enhancements to innovate current operational procedures.
• Lead internal changes within the company as necessary to optimize account growth.
• Initiate hiring, training, and development of professionals in relevant teams to ensure exceptional customer service delivery.
• Provide supervision, guidance, and leadership across various internal operational activities, including staff and process development, business management, and project management.
• Support the service team to maintain positive customer relationships through effective written and verbal communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by accurately fulfilling orders and promptly resolving issues with a positive attitude.
• Initiate, envision, and oversee the successful execution of high-level division projects and sales.
• Directly interface with corporate functions such as Finance & Accounting, Legal, and Human Resources, as well as internal business units and departments.
• Ensure adherence to all policies and procedures during the service team’s construction of work orders.
• Background in pharma marketing is advantageous.
• Demonstrated management experience.
• Takes accountability for achieving business objectives (e.g., account growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, etc.).
• Effective in selling significant opportunities within accounts.
• Strong and defensible account plan development.
• Skilled in negotiating effective agreements.
• Solid understanding of budgeting and progress reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for cultivating long-term relationships.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in B2B environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Creatio, Office 365.
• Knowledge of the Pharma Client standard ecosystem: CRM/CLM (Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle, etc.) and marketing automation solutions (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign, etc.), DAM systems (Dropbox, etc.), BI systems (Power BI, etc.), among others.
• Good understanding of design creation tools.
• **English – Advanced/Fluent**.
• Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
• A Master’s Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
