This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Act as the primary liaison for Client Success Managers, Project Managers, and various stakeholders.
• Accountable for crafting and implementing mid to long-term account strategies that align with Viseven's marketing objectives to enhance upsell initiatives.
• Sustain existing global accounts while pursuing and leveraging new opportunities for revenue growth.
• Facilitate client meetings to collect and assess high-level requirements.
• Create scalable onboarding procedures, spearhead internal change initiatives, and provide leadership for internal operational functions.
• A background in pharma marketing would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated management experience.
• Takes responsibility for achieving business objectives (e.g., account growth, profitability, client satisfaction, etc.).
• Proficient in selling significant opportunities within accounts.
• Strong and credible account planning skills.
• Ability to negotiate effective agreements.
• Solid grasp of budgeting and tracking progress.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in B2B environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Creatio, Office 365.
• Knowledge of the Pharma Client standard ecosystem: CRM/CLM (Veeva, IQVIA, SFDC, Platforce, OCE, Oracle, etc.) and marketing automation tools (SFMC, AEM, Marketo, Active Campaign, etc.), DAM systems (Dropbox, etc.), BI systems (Power BI, etc.), and others.
• Sound understanding of design creation tools.
• **English – Advanced/Fluent**.
• A second foreign language will be considered a plus.
• A Master's Degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field will be an advantage.
