This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee a select group of key accounts by formulating and implementing strategies for a detailed account plan.
• Guide our enterprise clients through their journeys from initial consideration to successful implementation.
• Collaborate with solutions and research engineering teams to design and execute intricate customer programs and projects.
• Take ownership of a consumption revenue target.
• Manage forecasts related to consumption revenue.
• Evaluate key account metrics to generate reports and deliver insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Diligently observe the industry landscape (including people, competitors, partners, etc.) to influence the product roadmap and other corporate strategies.
• Work in partnership with solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering teams.
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new team members.
• Contribute to fostering a positive company culture.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets exceeding $2M annually for over three years.
• Experience in designing and executing complex deal strategies.
• Proven ability to support the growth of rapidly expanding, high-performance companies.
• Direct experience working with C-level executives.
• Proficient in communicating technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in leading high-profile customer events (such as CAB meetings, conferences, product launches, etc.).
• Skilled in gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing complex market intelligence (industry, competitor, customer, prospect).
