• Develop and oversee the pipeline for outbound opportunities.
• Collaborate with designated BDR(s) to enhance outbound prospecting and lead generation efforts.
• Execute targeted outbound engagement and relationship building through LinkedIn and strategic prospecting.
• Maintain comprehensive visibility into the health, coverage, and progression of the pipeline.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial discovery calls to contract execution.
• Deliver proposals, pricing, and campaign recommendations to clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms, scope, and partnership frameworks.
• Propel deal momentum through consistent follow-up and structured communication.
• Uphold CRM hygiene by updating the pipeline, recording notes, and tracking activities in HubSpot.
• Ensure precise forecasting and pipeline reporting.
• Monitor sales activities, proposal volumes, and deal advancements.
• Generate quotes and submit opportunities to the deal desk for approval before presenting proposals.
• Coordinate internally with strategy, paid media, campaign, and operations teams during active sales cycles.
• Align internal stakeholders to guarantee proposals are accurate, competitive, and feasible.
• Lead internal and external kickoff meetings for secured business.
• Ensure a seamless and complete transition of deals to operations and campaign teams.
• Maintain clarity and continuity throughout all deal transitions.
• Prior sales experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple deals and priorities concurrently.
• Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in client-facing interactions.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing, social media, or digital advertising is preferred.
• Highly accountable with a strong emphasis on revenue outcomes.
• Comfortable taking ownership of quotas and functioning in performance-driven settings.
• Keen attention to detail in pipeline management, proposals, and communications.
• Proactive and self-directed, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership.
• Genuine interest in the creator economy, influencer marketing, and digital media.
• An existing book of business is considered an advantage.
• Direct Ownership of Revenue: You will manage the pipeline, deals, and revenue outcomes from inception to completion.
