This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• You will engage in negotiations for multi-year enterprise contracts, driving revenue and usage growth among our largest Fortune 500 clients, while influencing the long-term success of our most important partnerships.
• Identify and secure opportunities for expansion, upgrades, and renewals.
• Conduct thorough account research, mapping, and planning, including gathering insights on organizational structure, strategic priorities, understanding budget cycles, and establishing pricing benchmarks against alternative solutions.
• Implement the account retention and expansion strategy, coordinating key integrations and implementations, and facilitating workshops and webinars.
• Cultivate relationships with essential stakeholders in key accounts, engaging with new users and building trust-based connections.
• You are fundamentally a true account leader within B2B SaaS or services/consulting - having managed substantial accounts ($200K-$2M) in large organizations (over 500 employees) over time, you possess a deep understanding of the decision-making processes and buying centers, and you are adept at establishing and nurturing relationships with key individuals to enhance scope and volume.
• You bring experience in selling SaaS solutions to critical industries such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, professional services, or technology, with a proven track record of working with the most demanding clients.
• You make decisions assertively and do not wait for direction.
• You quickly analyze numbers, think several steps ahead during negotiations, and comprehend what genuinely drives your customers' businesses.
