This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main strategic partner for 3–5 enterprise clients with ad spends exceeding $500K per month, enhancing performance, alignment, and strategic direction.
• Serve as the primary executive advisor for enterprise clients, promoting performance, alignment, and strategic guidance.
• Proactively stimulate client thought processes and agency performance, challenging assumptions and steering towards scalable profitability.
• Conduct data-driven performance assessments, emphasizing insights from ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, and down-funnel sales metrics.
• Anticipate client requirements, maintaining proactive communication and providing clear recommendations.
• Foster deep, trust-based relationships with VP and C-suite executives.
• Guide clients with confidence and empathy, challenging their thinking when necessary to drive results.
• Take ownership of account retention, growth, and revenue forecasting.
• Identify opportunities for cross-channel growth and lead upsell discussions with authority.
• Anticipate risks early and make quick adjustments, coordinating internal teams to provide solutions.
• Lead renewal and expansion discussions with clarity and assurance.
• Analyze funnel performance across paid search, paid social, landing pages, and CRM pathways to identify root causes and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with analytics and media teams to connect marketing data with business outcomes.
• Convert complex performance data into clear, actionable insights that inform executive-level decisions for clients, rather than just reports.
• Manage cross-functional teams in media, creative, CRO, and analytics to execute high-impact, performance-focused campaigns.
• Exemplify extreme ownership, proactive initiative, and composure under pressure—behaviors that foster client and team confidence.
• Fully manage all client meetings, ensuring that every interaction reflects strategic progress and delivers clear value through actionable insights, data analysis, and well-organized narratives.
• Operate with a builder’s mindset—identify gaps, create resources, and develop frameworks or tools that facilitate scalable delivery without needing direction.
• Mentor and cultivate the account team, refining processes and contributing to the ongoing evolution of CDM’s Enterprise Unit.
• Over 6 years of client-facing account leadership experience in performance-driven industries.
• More than 4 years in a performance marketing or agency setting.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proven track record managing accounts with monthly spends exceeding $500K and visibility at the VP/C-suite level.
• Strong grasp of paid digital media and the ability to interpret full-funnel performance data.
• Demonstrated success in driving retention, upselling, and proactive client engagement.
• Confident communicator, storyteller, and polished presenter, at ease in executive settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or analytics (or equivalent experience).
• Proven drive, curiosity, initiative, and self-direction; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and capability to travel to the United States quarterly to represent the company at conferences, lead client engagements, and support key relationship-building efforts.
• Bonus: Experience in home improvement, home services, or lead generation.
