• Establish a long-term strategic vision that aligns business goals with customer value.
• Tackle complex challenges through innovation and resilience, enhancing Adobe’s overall impact.
• Cultivate strong executive relationships (CIO, CTO, CMO, CDO) to drive strategic alignment.
• Communicate effectively, recognizing customer challenges and presenting viable solutions.
• Exhibit industry expertise and thought leadership, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Clearly convey Adobe’s unique value proposition, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
• Lead collaboration across functions, strengthening Adobe’s ecosystem and partnerships.
• Navigate intricate sales cycles, engaging legal, deal desk, product teams, and integrators.
• Propel pipeline growth, uphold account plans, and guarantee efficient business execution.
• At least 7+ years of demonstrated success in selling solutions to Marketing, IT, and brands or lines of business within large enterprise organizations.
• Proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with other Adobe teams such as Sales, Support, Engineering, Product & Marketing.
• Strong comprehension of digital experience technologies and SaaS within the Automotive sector.
