This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the sales efforts for the Infovista Platform within the AMER region, assuming responsibility for the complete quote to cash process.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders at all major clients and prospects across the region.
• Formulate and implement Account sales strategies and business plans aimed at promoting growth and profitability.
• Create qualified sales pipelines and deliver precise forecasts.
• Supervise Marketing and Demand Generation initiatives.
• Encourage VARs and channel partners to enhance coverage and increase sales.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling Enterprise Software to CSPs, FSI, Retail, Utilities & Healthcare sectors.
• Familiarity with the CX & Contact Center industry.
• Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one prominent B2B sales methodology—preferably the SPICED Framework.
• Proven track record of effective interaction with senior executives.
• Willingness to travel within the AMER region to engage with customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in business studies.
