This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage Strategic Client Relationships: Act as the senior strategic lead on a daily basis for enterprise and rapidly growing clients, ensuring effective executive communication and maximizing long-term partnership value.
• Foster Retention & Growth: Create and implement strategies for renewals, upselling, and cross-selling that are directly linked to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) performance.
• Develop Cross-Channel Strategy: Construct integrated growth strategies that encompass Paid Media, SEO/Content, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Creative, and Revenue Operations (RevOps), ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
• Commercial Oversight: Take charge of portfolio economics, including forecasting, margin health, scope management, and renewal negotiations.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews & Executive Storytelling: Convert performance metrics into compelling business narratives that illustrate the connection between marketing activities and revenue outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside channel leaders, project managers, and operations teams to align priorities, manage risks, and uphold delivery excellence.
• Risk & Escalation Oversight: Actively identify potential client risks and address issues before they escalate to executive leadership.
• Team Development: Guide and mentor strategists, analysts, and project teams to enhance strategic thinking and commercial responsibility.
• 7–12 years of experience in agency or client services roles, particularly with significant exposure to B2B SaaS or technology clients.
• Demonstrated experience managing renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within a portfolio exceeding $2M.
• Strong expertise in Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, with the capability to link execution to business results.
• Experience in collaborating with client stakeholders at the VP, CMO, and CRO levels.
• A commitment to staying informed on industry trends, including a proactive approach to learning how AI and automation can improve marketing and operations.
