This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Manage Strategic Client Relationships: Act as the primary strategic lead for enterprise and high-growth clients, overseeing executive communications and fostering long-term partnership value.
• Enhance Retention & Expansion: Create and implement renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies directly linked to Net Revenue Retention (NRR) performance.
• Design Cross-Channel Strategy: Develop cohesive growth plans across Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, ensuring seamless execution and reporting.
• Commercial Accountability: Manage portfolio economics, including forecasting, margin health, scope control, and renewal negotiations.
• Conduct QBRs & Executive Storytelling: Convert performance data into compelling business narratives that illustrate the connection between marketing execution and revenue impact.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside channel leads, PMs, and operations to synchronize priorities, manage risks, and uphold delivery excellence.
• Risk & Escalation Oversight: Proactively identify client risks and resolve issues before they escalate to executive leadership.
• Team Mentorship: Guide strategists, analysts, and project teams to enhance strategic thinking and commercial responsibility.
• 7–12 years of experience in agency or client service roles, with substantial exposure to B2B SaaS or technology clients.
• Demonstrated experience in managing renewals, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives for a portfolio exceeding $2M.
• Strong proficiency in Paid Media, SEO/Content, CRO, Creative, and RevOps, with the capability to link execution to business results.
• Experience collaborating with VP-, CMO-, and CRO-level client stakeholders.
