This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Drive new business revenue by engaging in proactive prospecting, outreach, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Establish relationships with senior B2B marketing leaders across targeted enterprise accounts.
• Offer integrated marketing solutions that include branded content, research, thought leadership, special reports, roundtables, digital programs, and demand generation campaigns.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract signature.
• Formulate strategic account plans and identify avenues to increase client investment over time.
• Craft compelling, insight-driven commercial proposals that align with client objectives and marketing priorities.
• Consistently cultivate and uphold a healthy pipeline to meet and surpass revenue targets.
• Collaborate closely with internal editorial, content, delivery, and operations teams to guarantee successful campaign execution.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and activity tracking using Salesforce and related sales tools.
• Remain updated on B2B marketing trends, content marketing strategies, and the evolving needs of clients across priority industries.
• Monitor and report on essential KPIs, including revenue, opportunity volume and value, meetings held, and account progression.
• 4-7 years of experience in selling B2B media, branded content, thought leadership, research, publishing, or integrated marketing solutions.
• Proven success in generating net-new business, prospecting from a cold start, and consistently surpassing revenue targets.
• Experience in selling content-driven marketing solutions, such as branded content, research programs, sponsorships, digital media, demand generation, or integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and how enterprise marketers assess and invest in brand-building, thought leadership, and demand generation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior marketing stakeholders, uncover business challenges, and develop consultative, commercially compelling solutions.
• Experience in managing complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders and high-value opportunities.
• Proficient in Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and contemporary prospecting tools.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and accountable, with a passion for acquiring new business, embracing new challenges, expanding their influence, and pursuing career growth.
• Experience in B2B publishing, business media, trade media, B2B martech, adtech, research firms, or content-focused marketing organizations is strongly preferred.
