📋 Description

• The Account Director will oversee the sales of OneStream SaaS solutions within a designated territory.

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities within the current customer base by understanding their changing needs and challenges, along with OneStream's value proposition.

• Introduce additional products or services that cater to the evolving requirements of our customers, thus driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• Manage CRM knowledge transfer, oversee sales pipeline activities, and prepare proposals.

• Expand the sales pipeline through direct prospecting efforts and collaboration with business partners, including Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances.

• Provide proactive and consultative support that adds value to their business objectives, ensuring high customer retention and net revenue growth for OneStream.

• Clearly and effectively present the OneStream value proposition through written, virtual, and face-to-face presentations.

• Develop joint business cases that align the business objectives of prospects and customers with OneStream's solutions and value proposition, utilizing them in sales cycles to foster alignment and support revenue generation.

• Meet and exceed sales targets.

• Create and implement business plans aimed at achieving sales goals.

• Accurately monitor and forecast sales opportunities.

• Identify opportunities for expanding OneStream use cases within customer accounts to generate additional revenue.

• Craft comprehensive proposals in response to client and prospect inquiries.

• Exemplify sales professionalism and may serve as a coach and mentor within the Sales teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5-10 years of experience as a sales manager, sales representative, or in a related field specifically in B2B sales across Enterprise accounts.

• A proven history of meeting quota and retention targets.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and respond swiftly.

• Negotiation skills related to renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and additional solution add-ons.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

• Experience working in a consultative role with C-level customers on intricate SaaS solutions.

• Extensive customer service background in assessing and addressing customer needs and satisfaction, adhering to specified product and service standards.

• Outstanding oral and written comprehension, communication, and presentation skills.

• Experience in demonstrating, promoting, and selling products/services.

• Knowledge and experience in marketing/sales strategies and tactics.

• Familiarity with administration, business, and management principles.

• Proficient with MS Office, SFDC, and other analytical or project management tools.

• Significant experience working within a team environment.

• A track record of surpassing revenue goals.
