This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Acquire new logos through strategic prospecting, outbound outreach, marketing leads, and partner referrals.
• Discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding the evolving needs of customers and aligning them with OneStream’s solutions.
• Establish and maintain a robust pipeline through self-sourced initiatives and collaboration with Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and Alliances.
• Ensure Salesforce records are clean, accurate, and up-to-date to support data-driven decision making, forecast precision, and cross-functional alignment.
• Prepare and deliver customized business cases, proposals, and SaaS agreements that align customer goals with OneStream’s value proposition.
• Balance the growth of new business with existing accounts to achieve or surpass sales targets.
• Act as a consultative partner, providing insights and value that foster long-term customer success and retention.
• Effectively communicate OneStream’s differentiators through engaging written, virtual, and in-person presentations.
• Diligently track and forecast sales opportunities while ensuring timely knowledge transfer among internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct discovery sessions, research, and demonstrations to evaluate and align OneStream's offerings with client challenges.
• Develop impactful proposals and responses to client inquiries, supporting revenue growth and strategic alignment.
• Serve as a role model within the sales organization by exemplifying professionalism, accountability, and collaborative selling behavior.
• 5-10+ years of B2B sales experience, particularly focused on new business development.
• Proven history of consistently surpassing quotas through the acquisition of net-new customers.
• Demonstrated success in prospecting, generating pipeline, and closing complex deals.
• Possess a hunter mindset with the ability to drive outbound initiatives and convert leads from various channels.
• Proficient in articulating solution value to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-threaded sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger for managing complex sales processes.
• Strategic thinker with business acumen to align solutions with customer pain points and objectives.
• Comfortable working independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experienced in collaborating with Marketing, Product, Business Development, and Pre-Sales to enhance deal velocity.
