This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.
• The Account Director is accountable for the sales of OneStream SaaS solutions.
• Cultivate and expand existing customer relationships through subscription renewals, growth, and the cross-selling of additional solutions.
• Oversee strategic planning and account management within a specified sales territory.
• Discover new sales opportunities within the current customer base by recognizing their changing needs and challenges, as well as OneStream’s value proposition.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services.
• Develop joint business cases that align the business objectives of prospects and customers with OneStream’s solutions and value propositions.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a sales manager, sales representative, or in a related role specifically focused on B2B sales within Enterprise accounts.
• Demonstrated success in achieving quota and retention targets.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the capability to prioritize tasks and respond promptly.
• Strong negotiation skills relevant to renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and additional solution add-ons.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
• Experience in a consultative role with C-level customers on complex SaaS solutions.
• Extensive customer service experience in assessing and understanding customer needs and satisfaction, while meeting specified standards for products and services.
• Outstanding oral and written communication, comprehension, and presentation skills.
• Experience in demonstrating, promoting, and selling products and services.
• Knowledge and experience with marketing/sales strategies and tactics.
• Understanding of administration, business, and management principles.
• Familiarity with MS Office, SFDC, and other analytical or project management tools.
• Significant experience in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven track record of surpassing revenue goals.
