📋 Description

• Oversee existing accounts to guarantee client satisfaction.

• Strengthen both current and new relationships to secure profitable business sales.

• Propel growth, ensuring that performance aligns with the overarching company objectives and profitability targets.

• Generate leads and arrange meetings with prospective clients to comprehend their business needs and demonstrate how Neptune’s Omni capabilities can address their goals.

• Develop and implement client-focused campaigns using Neptune tools and resources to provide data-driven proposals.

• The capacity to formulate recommendations based on data, insights, and financial forecasting models is crucial.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Digital Strategy, Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to identify business-driving opportunities and enhance client proposals.

• Thoroughly understand the assigned portfolio and maintain a weekly forecasting schedule, reporting on opportunities, client status, and closed sales.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods sector; including advertising and/or sales promotion agencies.

• Strong comprehension of the CPG and retail industries.

• Proven track record of success.

• Consistently achieved or surpassed sales and profit objectives in a B2B setting, managing existing accounts and/or identifying new business prospects.

• Bold tenacity and curiosity to seek out new business and discover fresh opportunities.

• Driven to exceed expectations and be recognized for achievements.

• Takes initiative and maintains exceptional organization, following through with clients.

• Exhibits the ability to creatively negotiate beneficial deals for both the customer and the company.

• Highly analytical, capable of utilizing industry data (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) to craft customized selling narratives and solutions for clients.

• Proficient in confidently communicating and influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
