• Drive the business strategy for clients, including KPIs and measurement frameworks.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of all facets of the POD’s operations (creative, influencer, data, strategy & account management/pm).
• Act as the ultimate decision-maker for all client-related projects.
• Maintain top-tier creative quality and excellence for the POD.
• Balance creative integrity with operational discipline.
• Establish priorities for the POD and supervise project delivery and timeline management across all workstreams.
• Take ownership of POD performance reporting and ensure accountability for results.
• Enforce operational rigor to enhance resource management, workflow efficiency, and process improvements.
• Lead the client experience throughout the entire business/project cycle.
• Centralize daily client communication and relationship management.
• Manage client input briefs, ensuring accurate routing and execution.
• Oversee and manage the Scope of Work (SOW) process.
• Facilitate collaboration between POD, Group Lead, and Centers of Excellence teams (known as COEs).
• Step into or arrange coverage for cross-functional responsibilities as required.
• Ensure the quality of work by identifying challenges and proactively seeking solutions.
• Review and approve all deliverables and outputs to guarantee they meet standards of accuracy and excellence.
• Promote agency-wide collaboration across all disciplines to uphold the integrity of the POD model.
• Identify opportunities for internal centers of excellence to boost POD performance, processes, and quality standards. COEs include process & delivery, production & design, business operation, innovation & technology, new business & growth, operations, ideation & storytelling, platforms, and people & culture.
• Implement operational rigor to ensure effective business performance, supervising workflow optimization and process implementation.
• Support burn report and utilization reviews, proactively addressing resource needs or fluctuations.
• Oversee and monitor high-level budgets, vendor expenditures, and campaign investments.
• 7-10+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital advertising, or integrated marketing, with a strong focus on full-funnel social campaigns across paid, organic, influencer, and content marketing.
• 4+ years in leadership positions, managing cross-functional teams (social strategy, creative, influencer, paid media, data, and community engagement).
• Proven track record of driving client business strategy, ensuring social-first KPIs, audience insights, and measurement frameworks are integrated into execution.
• In-depth knowledge of platform algorithms, performance marketing, and content engagement strategies.
• Strong experience in social media-driven brand storytelling, ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Expertise in operational rigor, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration within the POD.
• Experience managing senior-level client relationships, overseeing social media roadmaps, campaign execution, and long-term growth strategies.
• Financial management skills, including budget oversight, media spend allocation, and efficiency tracking (burn reports, utilization, and OOP tracking).
• Highly adaptable and solutions-oriented, with experience in crisis management, change leadership, and navigating industry shifts.
• Familiarity with Asana or similar project management software.
