• Enhancing sales performance in your designated territory by fortifying distributor relationships.
• Boosting product visibility and fostering growth through engagement at the branch level.
• Collaborating closely with distributor partners and internal teams to achieve results.
• Overseeing and expanding sales across TLC branches and other authorized distributors.
• Cultivating strong connections with branch managers, trade counter teams, and regional distributor representatives.
• Conducting regular site visits to ensure robust product presence, availability, and brand visibility.
• Discovering new sales opportunities within existing accounts and through new distributor partnerships.
• Assisting distributors with product training, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate records of visits, opportunities, and pipeline activities utilizing the CRM system.
• Observing competitor activities and market trends, providing insights back to the sales leadership team.
• Collaborating effectively with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams.
• Independently managing your territory with a systematic call cycle.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the building services or electrical distribution industry.
• Demonstrated experience in a field-based sales, area sales, or account management position.
• Confident in building relationships with strong face-to-face and telephone communication abilities.
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing your own territory.
• Customer-centric with a commercially-driven, solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficient in using CRM systems to log activities and manage sales pipelines.
• Willingness to travel regularly within your designated territory.
• Hold a full UK driving license - Valid Business Car insurance must be in place for this role.
• Ventilation experience is not a requirement — we seek an individual with strong distribution or merchant experience.
• OTE bonus scheme – details will be confirmed at the point of offer.
• Car allowance of £500 per month.
