• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the relevant product and disease area to enable detailed discussions with medical professionals.

• Engage with targeted healthcare professionals through in-depth informational/promotional communications in alignment with the client's policies and procedures.
• Verify and finalize necessary data entry, including details of target responses, notes, and any follow-up actions as per the client's policies and procedures.
• Profile and manage a targeted list of healthcare professionals while delivering value-added benefits to increase product volume.
• Maintain required call productivity and metrics as stipulated by the supplier and the client.
• Manage daily sales call activities to optimize time and maximize the achievement of sales and market share objectives.
• Listen and respond aptly to customer needs and questions, ensuring alignment with the “call plan” objectives.
• Maintain necessary product expertise, including knowledge of competitive products.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Client’s products, ensuring clear, concise, and accurate communication of product information to target audiences using appropriate medical terminology.
• Successfully complete the Client’s product training (including self-study, testing, field work, and classroom training at the Client’s site or electronically) and meet the training expectations established by the Client to proceed with servicing the Client’s customers within the program parameters.
• Create and uphold a positive impression with both the Client and the Client’s customers.
• Implement sales strategies in accordance with Federal Healthcare Program requirements, FDA promotional regulations, and Client policies.
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality by adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Privacy and Security Rules of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2+ years of successful sales experience (Pharma, B2B).
• Demonstrated success in the healthcare industry is required, with a preference for experience interacting with office personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous Virtual/Contact Center sales experience is mandatory.
• Self-motivated and driven.
