Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management & Intake (Opal): Oversee the client's internal system (Opal) for incoming project briefs.

• Production Workflow (Lytho): Convert client briefs into our internal creative management tool (Lytho) with precise technical accuracy.

• Quality Control: Serve as the final quality assurance checkpoint for all creative assets prior to delivery.

• Client Communications & Delivery: Upload completed assets back into Opal and facilitate the feedback process.

• Growth Strategy: Collaborate with EMEA teams to report on current performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• EMEA Availability: This position requires alignment with our client's time zone, necessitating availability during standard EMEA working hours.

• German Speaking: Fluency in German is essential, enabling the review and contribution to German-language assets.

• Extreme Attention to Detail: You possess the ability to quickly spot typos or incorrect hex codes at a glance.

• Process-Oriented: You thrive in a high-volume environment and welcome repetitive tasks that contribute to a smoothly functioning operation.

• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Opal, Lytho, Gdrive, and Sharepoint is considered a significant advantage.

• Creative Literacy: You have an understanding of digital marketing formats (Paid Social, PMAX, etc.) and can recognize what constitutes a "good" brief.

• Professional Presence: You are capable of confidently participating in Teams chats and calls with stakeholders, offering clear updates and managing expectations with a client-focused mindset.

• Client Strategic Support & Partnership: You are adept at collaborating and resolving issues with the client during EMEA working hours while considering broader strategies to streamline timelines, enhance client communications, or introduce new opportunities.

• Emotional Fortitude: You can distinguish project feedback from personal critiques.
