This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and execute outreach efforts aimed at the top of the sales funnel, which includes identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and final deal closure.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships, serving as the primary contact both before and after the sale.
• Promote account growth through upselling, renewals, and identifying expansion opportunities within current customers.
• Conduct in-person visits and site walkthroughs to enhance relationships and gain a deeper understanding of customer requirements.
• Work closely with leadership, product, and design teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer operations, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Represent FloVision with professionalism, authenticity, and credibility in all interactions with customers.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or a combined AE/AD role, preferably within a technical, industrial, or complex-solution environment.
• Experience in a startup setting or comfort in navigating ambiguous and evolving situations.
• Familiarity with or a genuine interest in the food manufacturing, meat processing, or protein production sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills - you naturally build trust, listen attentively, and communicate with clarity.
• The confidence to lead discussions and the self-awareness to know when to step back and ask for input.
• Open to coaching and genuinely receptive to feedback - you view every customer interaction as an opportunity for improvement.
• Ability to work independently while closely collaborating with a small, cross-functional team.
• Willingness to travel frequently and engage with customers in person.
