📋 Description

• Take charge of acquiring new logos in Houston and surrounding energy markets, creating a robust, self-sourced pipeline.

• Lead the complete enterprise sales cycle, spanning from prospecting and discovery to deal finalization and contract negotiation.

• Formulate and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with Customer Success and Marketing to unlock expansion and cross-selling opportunities.

• Interact with stakeholders at all levels—from end users to C-suite executives—utilizing a consultative, value-oriented approach.

• Convert market complexities into opportunities by aligning regional dynamics with broader U.S. energy trends.

• Utilize advanced sales tools (Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, ZoomInfo) to manage pipeline, forecasting, and execution with precision.

• Work cross-functionally with technical and solution teams to provide engaging product demonstrations and customized solutions.

• Continuously gather market intelligence, recognizing emerging trends, regulatory changes, and new growth segments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS or strategic solution sales.

• Proven success in securing new business and consistently surpassing revenue goals.

• In-depth knowledge of the Texas energy market, including ERCOT structures, stakeholders, and commercial dynamics.

• Strong grasp of power markets, regulatory frameworks, and industry transformation trends.

• Demonstrated capability to sell intricate, high-value platforms through a consultative, insight-driven method.

• Experience in navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and influencing senior leaders.

• Proficient in Salesforce (including CPQ) and modern sales enablement tools.

• A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
