• Engaging with various dealership members through cold calls, emails, video emails, and text messages to spark their interest in myKaarma.
• Utilizing data and usage reports from existing myKaarma customers to pinpoint new and upsell opportunities.
• Fostering relationships with colleagues in other departments, such as Performance Management, to generate leads and referrals within the current business base.
• Employing Salesforce and other sales enablement tools to create targeted prospect lists.
• Scheduling appointments for qualified dealership staff to participate in live demonstrations that showcase the value of myKaarma.
• Adopting a consultative approach to assess the needs of prospects and effectively address objections.
• Teaming up with Product Consultant (PC) teams to ensure prospective clients attend product demonstrations.
• Compiling weekly reports to summarize strategies and outcomes for the week.
• Maintaining accurate and current information regarding prospective clients.
• Keeping a comprehensive understanding of myKaarma as well as similar products offered by competitors.
• Over 1 year of Sales Experience: Experience in or selling within the Automotive sector is preferred, with a strong preference for candidates who have previous SaaS sales experience.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively sharing information with customers and colleagues.
• Customer Focus: A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to build and sustain relationships with customers are essential.
• Product Knowledge: Quick adaptation to the company’s products or services, along with the capability to articulate their features and benefits, is required.
• Computer Skills: Competence in using sales and CRM software, as well as basic computer applications like Google Docs, is necessary.
• Adaptability: The ability to adjust to evolving market conditions and customer needs is vital in the fast-paced sales environment.
