This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
β’ Qualify incoming leads and outbound prospects to enhance the Sales team's pipeline.
β’ Engage with C-level and Director-level contacts to uncover business challenges, priorities, and alignment.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing on targeted campaigns to boost lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
β’ Work closely with Sales on pipeline development strategies and account planning.
β’ Conduct high-volume outreach through phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
β’ Log activities accurately and keep records updated in Salesforce.
β’ Maintain consistent monthly performance regarding meetings scheduled, qualified leads, and opportunity conversions.
β’ Acquire in-depth knowledge of Coupa's platform and value proposition, providing guided product tours and introductory demonstrations as necessary.
β’ Represent Coupa at both virtual and in-person events when needed.
β’ 1β2 years of experience in software sales, business development, or inside sales.
β’ Proven track record in outbound prospecting and/or inbound lead qualification.
β’ Comfortable engaging with executives in mid-market and enterprise-level organizations.
β’ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Highly driven self-starter with strong organizational, time management, and follow-up abilities.
β’ Demonstrated capability to surpass KPIs and generate measurable business results.
β’ Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
β’ Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft) is advantageous.
β’ Bachelor's degree is required.
